Zoe's Coffee recently celebrated its one-year anniversary at its Westminster location.
As part of the celebration, owners Judy and Vaughn Pepper are pleased to announce updated drink and food offerings (including gluten-free products), as well as light delivery services.
“We want to say thank you to all of our friends and neighbors who have continued to support us and have made us what we are today. Our goal at Zoe's is to be a community coffee shop”, says Judy.
In its first year, Zoe's not only updated its food menu, adding Clay's Cupcakes in March, but, in June, hired a chef who creates freshly baked goods. Also in June, Zoe's held a Father's Day Car Show bringing the Ranch Reserve Plaza businesses and community together.
Not only does the coffee shop attract families, but also has a large professional following. Business professionals find the shop to be welcoming, cozy and quiet enough to conduct small one-on-one meetings. Zoe's also offers fre wi-fi and a bulletin board where patrons can share their business cards with others. And, because their food items and coffee have become so popular, Zoe's now offers some of its pastry items and coffee for delivery to businesses in the immediate area. Zoe's is closed to the public during the evening hours but offers space rental for business meetings and other social gatherings during that time.
Zoe's Coffee, located at the northeast corner of 112th Avenue and Federal Boulevard, is open seven days a week and features coffee, espresso drinks, light breakfast/lunch fare and desserts.
